What I do at CartonCloud

Responsible for Customer Support, I communicate with our customers daily and look to guide them to resolve knowledge gaps they have in the system or escalating bugs in the system which are affecting their operation. Although currently working in the Role alone, I often work collaboratively with staff in Operations, Development, Product management, Sales and Accounts.

Who am I?
