Stage 2

Review and Screening Interview

At CartonCloud, we're committed to giving every candidate an exceptional experience. To do this while managing the high volume of applications we receive, we have partnered with Talent Unlimited, an AI-powered system, to assist with early-stage screening.

This system helps us evaluate every resume with reduced unconscious bias, ensuring a fairer and more thorough review of your skills and experience. It allows us to give more candidates a chance to move forward to a personalised, automated screening interview that you can complete at your convenience. This is where we learn more about your unique fit for the role and provide you with feedback.

Rest assured that all decisions about who moves forward or who is not a fit for the role are made by our human team. The AI system is a tool that assists their decision-making, it does not replace it.

Our process is designed to find and connect with the best people. After the initial screening, we transition to meaningful human connection, starting with with Zoom interviews, and progressing to in-person, where possible. We believe in the power of human connection and are excited to meet you!
Stage 3

Behavioural and Values Interview

Behavioural interviews are designed to deep dive in to your past experience and understand how you approached and resolved particular situations or problems. We consider your responses as information to help us predict how you might respond to similar situations in the future. The examples or scenarios that you provide also help to inform the experiences, challenges and complexity of problems that you have been exposed to.
Stage 4

Technical and Leadership Interview

In the Technical interview you will be meeting with colleagues from the team you will be joining. This is an opportunity for us to explore your technical expertise in more detail and for you to ask all your questions around the role and what your day to day might look like.

In preparation for this interview, you will be asked to solve a problem or apply some thinking to a scenario in advance of the interview.
Stage 5

Leadership Interview

This is our final interview stage!

This interview involves a discussion with our CEO, Shaun Hagen, enabling a meet and greet and opportunity to cover off any final questions. We will do our best to arrange this interview as an in-person connection.
