Let's Talk

Once we've reviewed your application, we will contact you to schedule time for a 10-15 minute call. This will allow us to get to know you a little better, understand what you might be looking for in your next role and determine how well that aligns to the current opportunity. We will also check in on a few standard requirements of the role to help us determine who to progress to the interview rounds.

Behavioural and Values Interview

Behavioural interviews are designed to deep dive in to your past experience and understand how you approached and resolved particular situations or problems. We consider your responses as information to help us predict how you might respond to similar situations in the future. The examples or scenarios that you provide also help to inform the experiences, challenges and complexity of problems that you have been exposed to.

Étape 5

Technical and Leadership Interview

In the Technical interview you will be meeting with colleagues from the team you will be joining. This is an opportunity for us to explore your technical expertise in more detail and for you to ask all your questions around the role and what your day to day might look like.

In preparation for this interview, you will be asked to solve a problem or apply some thinking to a scenario in advance of the interview.

Our Senior Engineering Manager will then join the second half of this interview, to cover off any final questions.

Leadership Interview

This is our final interview stage!
This interview involves a discussion with our CEO, Shaun Hagen, enabling a meet and greet and opportunity to cover off any final questions.
