I’m an Engineering Manager at CartonCloud, leading the Customer Impact Squad (CIS) and our Rapid Application Delivery (RAD) stream. My focus is on making sure the team has the clarity, support, and tools they need to deliver meaningful, high-impact work - from resolving customer-facing issues quickly to delivering enhancements that drive real value for our users.

The engineers who thrive in our team are curious, collaborative, and proactive. I’ve been with CartonCloud for almost 10 years, originally joining as a mobile engineer and working on both our iOS and Android apps from the very beginning. Over time, I moved into engineering leadership and now lead the CIS team - a squad focused on improving customer experience and delivering rapid, high-value outcomes. I love the balance of technical challenge, collaboration, and direct impact on the people who use our product every day.
