Our Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital marketing strategy—leading paid media performance and end-to-end website management, with a sharp focus on user experience and conversion rate optimisation.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape a global brand from an Australian base. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and driving revenue growth through high-performing campaigns and a best-in-class website. You’ll build, optimise, and experiment to continuously improve performance—while directly influencing the success of our business.

From owning the paid lead acquisition strategy to rethinking how our website engages and converts, your impact will be tangible, measurable, and deeply valued. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute performance-focused paid media campaigns.
- Own campaign strategy, budget, creative briefs, targeting, and ongoing optimisation.
- Analyse and report on performance, iterating campaigns to maximise ROI, CPA, and lead quality.
- Own the website roadmap: UX, site structure, CRO, content improvements, and technical performance.
- Run A/B tests and build high-converting landing pages.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hotjar to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
To be successful in this role we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven experience running and scaling paid campaigns across major digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of website UX, user behaviour, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, etc. (HubSpot a bonus).
- Confident working both strategically and hands-on, with a results-first mindset.
- Proactive, analytical, and ready to take initiative and own outcomes
- A collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
