I’m an Engineering Manager leading Product Development squads and the QA team. I work closely with the Product and Development teams to improve software quality, promoting processes and practices that maximize product value while minimizing risk and disruption.
My mission is to ensure every team member succeeds in their role, advocating that quality is everyone's responsibility. Delivering great value to customers drives me, and I’m always motivated by the impact our work has on their experience.

Who am I?
I kicked off my career in the Logistics sector but made the leap to the Tech Industry back in 2016. I’ve always been the type to find ways to make my job easier and more effective - whether that’s through spreadsheets, diagrams, or setting up automation rules. There’s something oddly satisfying about it! I’m all about process improvement, making data-driven decisions, and doing what’s best for our customers.
I believe in leading by example and getting things done, no matter how big or small the task.
